This is a delightful dessert that brings together the creamy richness of traditional creme brulee with the sweet and juicy flavours of peaches. The custard base of this dish is made with eggs, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract, and is infused with fresh peach puree. Peach creme brulee is then garnished with a layer of caramelised sugar, creating a satisfying contrast of textures.

  • To achieve a smooth custard, avoid overmixing the egg mixture.
  • For the best caramelized sugar topping, use a kitchen torch for precise control.

Storage and Serving

  • Peach Creme Brulee is best served chilled.
  • Leftover custards can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Do not caramelize the sugar topping until just before serving to maintain its crispness.
