Ingredients for Payasa Recipe

  • As required Ingredients required :-
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 12.50 grams Shavige
  • 3/4 tsp Ghee
  • 0.06 cup Ddry fruits
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Suger

Directions: Payasa Recipe

  • STEP 1.SHAVIGE PAYASA
  • STEP 2.Heat the ghee in a vessel, add semiyas and gheeroast on sim heat till they are light brown in colour.
  • STEP 3.Add milk and allow to cook and boil. Then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, once it get mixed and boiled, turn off heat.
  • STEP 4.Transe to serving bowl. And garnish with pumpkin seeds.
