Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the goat trotters thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.In a pressure cooker, add the trotters, water, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Pressure cook for about 30-40 minutes until the trotters are tender.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat oil and add onions, tomatoes, and spices.
  • STEP 5.Cook until the onions and tomatoes are soft and well cooked.
  • STEP 6.Add the cooked trotters to the pan and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
