Ingredients for Pavê Recipe

  • 0.30 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/10 can condensed milk
  • 1/5 No.s egg yolks
  • 0.40 cup Milk
  • 25 milliliter Heavy cream
  • 1/10 packet lady fingers cookies
  • 22 gram Chocolate chip

Directions: Pavê Recipe

  • STEP 1. in a pan take cornstarch and condensed milk. Mix it well so it turns into a smooth batter . To this add egg yolks and milk. Combine everything well.
  • STEP 2.Keep it on the stove and cook it while stirring continuously until it starts bubbling. Take your pan off the stove and add heavy cream and mix it . Take a glass container and spread half of the batter evenly.
  • STEP 3.Dip the lady fingers cookies in milk and place it on top of the batter. Cover the cookies with the remaining batter and spread evenly. Repeat it to form another layer . Melt the choco chips so they become nice and creamy.
  • STEP 4.Add heavy cream to the melted chocolate chips and mix well. Pour the chocolate mix on top and cover everything with it. Refrigerate this for 2 hours and your delicious pave is ready to be served.
