Ingredients for Pavbhaji khichdi Recipe

  • 3/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 Tbsp Red chili & garlic paste
  • 1/2 Pieces Chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chopped green onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 Tbsp Peas
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Tbsp Carrot
  • 1/4 Tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped potato
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 3/4 Cups water
  • 0.13 Cup Rice
  • 0.13 Cup Dal
  • 1/4 Tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Pavbhaji Khichdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take pressure cooker in medium flame. Add oil let it warm then add mustard seeds , cumin , red chili garlic paste . Stir it for a while and add all the vegetables . Stir it for a while. Add all the spices and pav bhaji masala. Add salt. Add soaked rice and soaked daal . Stir it for a while . Add water . Now boil till 3 whistles of the cooker . Let it cool down . Add lemon juice . Garnish with coriander, chopped capsicum and add butter . Ready to serve
