STEP 1.Take pressure cooker in medium flame. Add oil let it warm then add mustard seeds , cumin , red chili garlic paste . Stir it for a while and add all the vegetables . Stir it for a while. Add all the spices and pav bhaji masala. Add salt. Add soaked rice and soaked daal . Stir it for a while . Add water . Now boil till 3 whistles of the cooker . Let it cool down . Add lemon juice . Garnish with coriander, chopped capsicum and add butter . Ready to serve
