- Infinity No.s Bird eye chilli
- Infinity cup Tamarind water
- Infinity No.s Dry red chilli
- Infinity teaspoon Mustard seeds

How to Make Pavakka Achar Recipe
Preparation Directions
STEP 01
Slice the bitter gourd and cook it a pan on medium flame till tender.
Cooking Directions
STEP 01
Dry roast 1 tsp turmeric seeds and 1 tsp fenugreek seeds. Grind to a powder
STEP 02
Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan.When the pan gets hot splutter mustard seeds, 2 dry red chillies, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp asafoetida powder. Saute well.
STEP 03
Add ground powder, 10 bird eye chillies and ¼ tamarind water. Stir the ingredients.
STEP 04
Now add cooked bitter gourd and a pinch of salt. Allow the gravy to boil.
