STEP 1.Slice the bitter gourd and cook it a pan on medium flame till tender.
Cooking Directions
STEP 1.Dry roast 1 tsp turmeric seeds and 1 tsp fenugreek seeds. Grind to a powder
STEP 2.Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan.When the pan gets hot splutter mustard seeds, 2 dry red chillies, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp asafoetida powder. Saute well.
STEP 3.Add ground powder, 10 bird eye chillies and ¼ tamarind water. Stir the ingredients.
STEP 4.Now add cooked bitter gourd and a pinch of salt. Allow the gravy to boil.
