  • 1/4 inch Ginger, Grated
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 cup Mashed Vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
  • as required Bread Rolls, For Serving

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat butter and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
  • STEP 3.Add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add mashed vegetables like potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and capsicum. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, melt butter and add grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and becomes smooth.
  • STEP 6.Add the pav bhaji mixture to the melted cheese and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Transfer the pav bhaji fondue to a fondue pot or serving dish. Serve hot with bread rolls and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
