Ingredients for Pav bhaji flavour Khakra Recipe

  • 0.40 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 0.60 tbsp Besan
  • 0.60 tbsp Pav bhaji masala powder
  • 0.40 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 tsp inger garlic paste
  • 1/5 As Required as per taste
  • 1 tsp Oil

Directions: Pav Bhaji Flavour Khakra Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine all the ingredients well and bind it with some water. Dough should be medium soft. Give rest for 30 minutes. Divide into equal portions.
  • STEP 2.You can roast it on low flame on the tawa directly. I've chapati maker and I found this easy to use. Roast it on both sides on low flame. Apply butter .. Keep it separate.
  • STEP 3.Once it is cool, store it in the airtight container.for a month..
