STEP 4.Add garlic paste and fry for 45 to 60 seconds.
STEP 5.Add tomatoes, coriander powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder and salt.
STEP 6.Cook for a minute.
STEP 7.Add the other vegetables and cook.
STEP 8.Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
STEP 9.Remove the lid and mash the vegetables well.
STEP 10.Add water and capsicum.
STEP 11.After a minute, mash again till capsicum is well blended.
STEP 12.Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
STEP 13.Slit the pav buns and spread butter on the insides.
STEP 14.Place them on a hot tawa and cook till the insides are golden brown.
STEP 15.Garnish with onions and coriander leaves.
STEP 16.Serve hot.
