Pathar Ka Gosh Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Pathar Ka Gosh is a traditional Indian dish made with marinated mutton cooked on a hot stone. The meat is tender and flavorful, with a smoky aroma from the stone. The marinade consists of yogurt, spices, and herbs, which infuse the meat with a rich and aromatic taste. The slow cooking process on the stone ensures that the meat is cooked to perfection, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Pathar Ka Gosh is a popular dish in the northern regions of India and is often served with naan or rice.
