• STEP 1.In a large pan, cook the meat and keep aside.

• STEP 1.Now in the pan stir fry onions, garlic and cook until soften. Add onion mixture to the meat and let it settle.

• STEP 2.Now chop the meat in pieces. Add parsley and cheese to it.

• STEP 3.Now roll out dough into pieces of square and fill 1 tbsp meat in all. Fold the edges and keep parchments paper. Place puffs onto paper and brush egg wash.

• STEP 4.Preheat oven at 400 degrees and cook for 15 minutes. Serve fresh.
