  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4 stalk Asparagus ends trimmed, cut into 1" sections
  • 1.25-1.50 Snap peas
  • 0.08 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 Green onion sliced thinly
  • 3/4 Cloves garlic minced
  • 0.13 cup Shredded carrots
  • 0.13 cup Sweet bell peppers i used a mix of red and orange, cut into 1" chunks
  • 1.50-2 Cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2
  • 0.06 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1/4 Juice from lemon
  • As required Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Dried italian herbs or herbes de provence
  • 0.08 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.08 cup Grated mozzarella cheese optional
  • As required Optional:serve with cooked chicken breasts cut into strips
