Parwal (pointed gourd)do pyaza Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Parwal do pyaza is a delicious and flavorful Indian dish made with pointed gourds (parwal) cooked in a rich and spicy onion-based gravy. The dish gets its name from the use of onions in two different ways - sliced onions are sautéed until golden brown and caramelized, while finely chopped onions are used to make the gravy. The combination of tender parwal and the aromatic onion gravy creates a mouthwatering dish that pairs well with rice or roti.
