  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the parwal and potatoes. Cut the parwal into small pieces and dice the potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once the seeds crackle, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add the parwal and potatoes.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook covered on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
