  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and a mix of spices like coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.
  • STEP 5.Cook for a few minutes and then add water. Cover and simmer until the mutton is tender.
