  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the pumpkin into small cubes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and red chilies.
  • STEP 3.Once the mustard seeds start spluttering, add chopped pumpkin and sauté for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Cover and cook until the pumpkin is tender.
  • STEP 5.Add grated coconut, turmeric powder, salt, and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cook for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot as a side dish with rice or roti.
