Ingredients for Paramannam Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 10 gram Cashew nuts
  • 10 gram Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Directions: Paramannam Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pot add q1 tbsp of ghee and let it melt, add 1 cup of rice and saute for 2 minutes then add water and let the rice cook.
  • STEP 2.Once the rice is cooked add 1 cup of milk and let boil, then add 1 cup of jaggery, combine everything well.
  • STEP 3.In another pan add some ghee and fry the cashew nuts and raisins.
  • STEP 4.Drop the cashew nuts and raisins in the paramannam and add 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
  • STEP 5.Mix everything and serve in a bowl.
