- 400 gram Chicken breasts cut into thin strips
- 3 Garlic finely chopped cloves
- 40 gram Coriander roughly chopped
- 1 No.s Onioncut into strips
- 1.50 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Ground coriander seeds
- 0.33 teaspoon Ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon Oil for marinade
- As required Salt

How to Make Paprika Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
1 in a large mixing bowl add 400 gm chicken breasts cut into thin strips, 1 ½ tbsp paprika powder, 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds, ½ tsp white pepper powder, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste. Mix well together to ensure that all the pieces of chicken are well coated with the spices.
2 keep the chicken aside to marinate for 1 hour.
3 in a wok heat 2 tbsp of oil on high heat. When hot add 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 1 onion cut into strips and stir fry for 1 minute till aromatic.
4 then add the marinated chicken pieces.
5 stir fry for 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and is evenly browned.
6 add 40 gm roughly chopped coriander and salt to taste and mix together well.
7 turn off the heat and transfer to a serving dish.
