STEP 1.1 in a large mixing bowl add 400 gm chicken breasts cut into thin strips, 1 ½ tbsp paprika powder, 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds, ½ tsp white pepper powder, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste. Mix well together to ensure that all the pieces of chicken are well coated with the spices.

STEP 2.2 keep the chicken aside to marinate for 1 hour.

STEP 3.3 in a wok heat 2 tbsp of oil on high heat. When hot add 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 1 onion cut into strips and stir fry for 1 minute till aromatic.

STEP 4.4 then add the marinated chicken pieces.

STEP 5.5 stir fry for 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and is evenly browned.

STEP 6.6 add 40 gm roughly chopped coriander and salt to taste and mix together well.

STEP 7.7 turn off the heat and transfer to a serving dish.
