Pappadam /Pappad are thin, crispy Indian flatbread made out of lentil flour, they’re lots of variations available like plain or spiced. It is served as an accompaniment to a meal or eaten as an snack.

- 6 No.s Pappad
- 2 No.s Dry Red chilly
- 2 tablespoon Crushed ginger garlic
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 2 teaspoon Crushed chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 sprig Curry leaves
- 1/4 cup Grated coconut
- As required Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil

How to Make Pappdam Thoran Recipe

STEP 01
Slice 6 pappads into small pieces and fry in a pan. Keep them aside.

Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, 2 dry red chilly and saute well.

STEP 01
Add crushed ginger garlic of 2 tbsp, 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp of crushed chilli powder and 1 tsp of turmeric powder.

Then add ¼ cup of grated coconut and 2 sprigs of curry leaves.

STEP 01
Finally add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Now transfer the fried pappads into the pan and stir along with the other ingredients.

Turn off the flame and the hot crispy pappadam thoran is ready.
