- 1 No.s Kerala pappadam
- 1/20 cup Rice flour
- 1/20 teaspoon Corn flour
- 1/20 teaspoon Maida
- 1/10 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1/100 teaspoon Asafoetida powder
- 0.07 teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds
- 1/100 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/20 pinch Fennel seeds
- As required Salt
- As required Oil
- As required Water

How to Make Pappada Boli Recipe
Keep the pappadam in sunlight for 10-15 mins to make it stiff.
Take 1cup rice flour in a bowl. Add 1tsp corn flour, 1tsp maida, 2tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp asafoetida and salt to taste. Mix it well.
Add 1 ½ tsp black sesame seeds, ¼ tsp cumin seeds, pinch of fennel seeds.
Gradually add some water and mix it to make batter. The consistency of batter should be the same as dosa batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the pappadam in the batter in such a way that both sides of the pappadam are coated with batter.
Let the excess batter flow away from the pappadam.
Gently put it into the hot oil. Fry it until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat step 5- step 7 for rest of the pappadam.
Pappada boli is ready to be served.
