  • 1 cup maida
  • 3 tbsp ns of Ghee
  • 4 tbsp ns of Curd
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Of baking powder
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 Cups Green chutney
  • 1 Cups Imli Khatti Meethi Chutney
  • 1 tsp Zeera powder
  • 4 cups Dhokla batter

  • STEP 1.1.Take a Bundt Pan and Pour Dhokla Batter.
  • STEP 2.2.For a Ring Dhokla Chaat,Use a Small Plate for Steaming the batter..
  • STEP 3.Preparing Mathri
  • STEP 4.1.Take 1 Cups of Wheat Flour and 1 Cup Of Maida,Add 3 tbspns of Ghee and 4 tbspns of Curd,Salt,Ajwain and 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder ..
  • STEP 5.Mix Well and Knead a Soft Dough Using Little Water at a Time..Let it Rest for 20 mins..
  • STEP 6.2.Grease a Baking Bowl,Make a Small Puri and Cover Base of the Bowl,Then Pinch Some Dough and Roll into a Long String..Make 3 strings and Braid them..Wrap the Braided Strings Around the Bowl..Stick Well Using Water..The Katori is Ready.
  • STEP 7.3.For Rings:For rings: Just use the braids around the bowl
  • STEP 8.without covering the base.. Now bake them in a preheated oven for 25
