This chaat comes from north india. The taste of the chat has a burst of flavors in your mouth. You would taste the crunchiness of papdis, tang from the red tamarind chutney, spice from green chutney and the vivid flavors from the powered spices. This chaat is one of my favorite street snack especially during winter.
