  • 0.60 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 1/5 Packet Grated paneer 200 gm
  • 1.20 Pieces Papad
  • 0.40 Tbsp Oil/butter/ghee
  • 1/5 As Required Ginger minced
  • As Required Garlic minced
  • 0.40 Pieces Onion
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.40 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.40 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Zeera
  • 1/5 Tsp pepper powder
  • 1/5 Cups Tomato puree
  • 1/5 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • A Handful Cashews
  • 1/5 Tsp Poppy seeds
  • 1/5 Cups Curd
  • 1/5 Pieces Dry Red Chillies
  • 0.40 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 0.40 Tsp kasuri methi
  • A Handful Peas
  • 1/10 Cups Cabbage
  • 1/5 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 Tsp aram masala powder

Directions: Veg Patiala Gravy(stuffed Papad Wraps In A Gravy) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil water,add Chopped 2 onions,10 cashews and 1 tsp of poppy Seeds..Once Onion turns Soft and Tender ..Remove and grind to a Smooth Paste Saute 2 Chopped Tomatoes in oil and 2 red chillies for 2 mins ..Cool and Make Puree of it. Take 1/2 Cup of Curd,Add a tsp of Kashmiri Chilli powder,a pinch of Turmeric Powder and Crushed Kasuri Methi and Mix well..Keep Aside Preparing the Stuffing Take 1 Cup of Minced Vegetable,Paneer and boiled Potatoes Heat Oil,Add Minced Ginger-Garlic,Green Chillies and Saute for a minute and now add minced veggies and cook for 3 mins .. Add Salt,Turmeric powder Kashmiri Chilli powder,Coriander Powder,Garam masala powder and Mix well Add Boiled Potatoes and Grated Paneer..Mix Everything Well..The Stuffing is ready ..
  • STEP 2.Take a Papad,Apply Some Water and wait for 30 seconds let it soften..
  • STEP 3.Make a cut from the edge till the center. Fold it just like a wrap ..You get a Triangular Shape ..The Papad Wraps Are Ready ..
  • STEP 4.In a pan,Heat Oil/Butter ,Fry the Papad Wraps until Golden Brown and Crisp ..keep aside ..
  • STEP 5.In a pan,Heat Oil,Add Minced Ginger-Garlic,Green Chilies and Saute for a minute..
  • STEP 6.Add onion paste and cook for 2-3 minutes,Add salt,Red chilli Powde,Zeera,Pepper Powder and Coriander powder Mix well and cook for about 3 minutes..
  • STEP 7.Add Tomato purree and Cook for another minute ..Add Curd and cook in a low flame for 5 mins..
  • STEP 8.Add a tablespoon of Ketchup or 1 tsp of sugat to balance the sourness of curd..
  • STEP 9.Cook on a low flame for 2 mins..Transfer the Gravy into a Serving Bowl..
  • STEP 10.Place the Papad Wraps ..
  • STEP 11.Garnish and Serve Hot..
