Ingredients for Papad potato curry Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Large potatoes
  • 1.25 Pieces Papads
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Small tomato chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • as required Oil
  • as required water

Directions: Papad Potato Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.First cut papad in small square pieces and boil potato and also job in square cubes now take a pen heat oil.
  • STEP 2.Dad mustard seeds comments in red chilli powder turmeric powder and chopped tomato and add two tablespoon of water than Coke until tomato will looks mushy then add water and wait to become a boil thenboiled potato and papad cover with the lid and cook until tomato and papad is perfect cook. serve hot with roti.
