Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and fry the papads until crispy. Set them aside.
  • STEP 2.In the same pan, fry the mangodis until golden brown. Set them aside.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and spices. Cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 5.Add water and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add the fried papads and mangodis. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
