  • 140 gram Queso Fresco
  • 1.50 cup Evaporated milk
  • 120 gram Saltine Crackers
  • 1/4 piece medium Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 No.s Hard boiled Eggs
  • 4 No.s Peruvian Black Olives
  • 5 No.s Medium Cooked Potatoes

Directions: Papa A La Huancaina Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. pour ½ tsp oil in a hot pan.

  • STEP 1.add peppers and onion to it and cook until they turn brown.

step 3

  • STEP 1. pour milk in a blender and add cheese, cooked pepper and onions and blend everything together.

  • STEP 1. gradually add crushed crackers.

  • STEP 1. now add chicken bouillon, garlic powder, salt and pepper to it.
