Ingredients for Panthay Khao Swè Recipe

  • 1 cup Rice Noodles
  • 250 gram Squid
  • 1 cup Mushroom
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 inch Ginger
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 4-5 Green chili
  • As required Chinese salt
  • As required Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Jaggery
  • 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
  • As required Peanuts
  • As required Cooking Oil

Directions: Panthay Khao Swè Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Slice mushroom, garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum, and green chili and squid.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Soak the noodles in boiling water and then wash with cold water and add 1tbsp oil so that they don’t stick to each other.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Now take a pan and add 3-4 tbsp cooking oil and spread them evenly. Add the minced garlic and ginger and saute them.

  • STEP 1.Next add the sliced onion, capsicum and fry them until translucent. Add salt to taste and keep stirring them.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Now add the mushrooms, jaggery, and squid to the dish and keep stirring. Add a little pepper as per your taste and keep sautéing them.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add the noodles and mix them well with the veggies. Add 3tbsp dark and sweet soya sauce and little crushed peanuts and mix them well and cook it for about more 2min.
