On the occasion of Janmashtami, Kanha ji's bhog is offered with Panjiri. Panjeeri is made from wheat flour and powdered sugar, Paneeiri is very tasty to eat. Since childhood, we are seeing our grandmother and mother making Panjeeri, it is very easy to make........let us make Panjeeri.

Ingredients for Panjeeri Recipe

  • 0.33 cups Wheat flour
  • 0.67 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 0.17 cup powdered sugar or powdered sugar
  • 0.17 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2.33 Pieces foxnuts seeds chopped
  • 1.33 Pieces Almonds finely chopped
  • 1.33 Pieces cashews finely chopped

Directions: Panjeeri Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. First of all, put 1 spoon of pure ghee in a pan and heat it, then put all the dry fruits in it and fry it lightly and keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.2. Now sieve the flour, then heat ghee in a pan, add flour and fry the flour on medium to low flame by stirring it with a ladle, stirring the flour continuously, so that the dough does not burn.
  • STEP 3.3. When the aata becomes light golden, and the aroma of roasting of flour comes, then turn off the flame, then take out the aata in a plate and keep it to cool down.
  • STEP 4.4. Now when the aata cools down, add bura or powdered sugar, cardamom powder and all the dry fruits and mix them well, Panjiri is ready.
  • STEP 5.5. Put tulsi leaves in the panjiri and offer prasad to Kanha ji.
  • STEP 6.Bura/powdered sugar always add after the aata cools down.
