Ingredients for Panipuri pakoda Recipe

  • 6 Pieces peices of puri
  • 1/4 cup Boiled n mashed potatoes
  • 0.13 cup chopped onions n cabbage
  • 0.13 cup Boiled chana
  • 1/2 tsp panipuri masala
  • 1/4 tsp greenchilles paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp tb sp pudina paste
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.13 tsp rosted jeera powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Besan
  • to taste Salt to taste for batter
  • A Pinch Pinch of ajwain
  • As Required Water as heeded

Directions: Panipuri Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.First make batter for pakoras
  • STEP 2.Take besan add salt n ajwain
  • STEP 3.U can add red chille powder (if needed)
  • STEP 4.Add water as per need
  • STEP 5.Make batter of pakoda (ribbion consistency)
  • STEP 6.In another bowl mix alu onion cabbage
  • STEP 7.Add boiled channa (optional)
  • STEP 8.Add green chili, pudina paste
  • STEP 9.add all spices
  • STEP 10.Mix them properly.
  • STEP 11.Take puri
  • STEP 12.Make hole round on top
  • STEP 13.Fill stuffing in it
  • STEP 14.Keep that round on top.
  • STEP 15.Dip in besan batter
  • STEP 16.Deep fry it
  • STEP 17.Our panipuri pakodas are ready
  • STEP 18.Serve it with chutney n sauce.
