Paneer Tikka always the perfect appetizer for any party or get-together This is the most popular dish amongst the Indians whether they are vegetarian or non-vegetarian. Vegan can also enjoy the same flavor, just replace the paneer with "tofu".
STEP 1.Take a large bowl add hung curd, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, chat masala, ginger-garlic paste, Kasuri methi, mustard oil, roasted gram flour, lemon juice, salt to taste give this mixture a good mix.
STEP 2.Now add paneer cubes, bell peppers, capsicum, onion mix, and coat well. let it rest for at least 40 minutes so that the veggies and paneer can absorb the mixture well.
STEP 3.Use wooden skewers and attach the veggies and paneer.
STEP 4.Take a wide frying pan add mustard oil heat it and bring it to the smoking point now add some butter, and place the skewers in the pan. Rotate the skewers and cook from all the sides.
STEP 5.Now transfer the skewer to the serving plate.
STEP 6.To give this dish a smoky flavor place hot coal in a bowl next to the tikka, pour ghee on the top, and cover the tikkas for 2 minutes. Your Paneer Tikka is ready to serve!!
