#paneer Yes, it's Paneer Tikka Roll, which is absolutely delicious as the filling is topped on Malabar Parotha, which is made from APF and too much of oil is used to make it crispy & Flaky. So it's utterly yummilicous Mint dip is spread on the paratha and it is topped with Paneer filling, later on rolled & relished without any guilt .

Ingredients for PANEER TIKKA ROLL Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Dice capsicum
  • 1/4 Pieces Dice onion
  • 1/4 Pieces deseeded diced tomato
  • 50 g Dice Paneer
  • 1/4 tbsp Besan
  • 1/4 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 0.13 Inches Ginger
  • 1 Pieces Garlic (chopped)
  • 0.38 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp garam masala powder
  • 0.13 tsp jeera powder
  • 0.13 tsp black salt
  • 0.06 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.08 cup Water

Directions: Paneer Tikka Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.For Paneer Tikka Filling:
  • STEP 2.· Heat 1 tbsp oil and cook besan till it is aromatic.Turn off the heat.
  • STEP 3.· Add Garam Masala, Jeera Powder, Black Salt, Kasoori methi, Chat Masala.
  • STEP 4.· Turn on the flame and stir for 1 minute. Now add chopped Ginger, Garlic & salt. Stir for 30 seconds. Now add Curd and stir immediately.
  • STEP 5.· Now add Capsicum, Onion, Tomato, Paneer and stir it on high flame. Cook for 3-4 mins. Now add Water and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 6.· Paneer Tikka filling is ready.
  • STEP 7.For Assembling Paneer Tikka Rolls
  • STEP 8.Take one paratha and apply Mint Dip on the lower part then place the paneer tikka filling, chopped onions, fresh Coriander leaves and then roll it up. Serve immediately.
