Ingredients for Paneer tikka nachos Recipe

  • 1/4 Packet Nachos
  • 1/4 Packet Paneer
  • 1/2 Tbsp Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Besan
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin powder
  • A Pinch Salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Green chutney
  • 1/2 Tbsp Tamarind
  • 1/4 Pieces Capsicum cubes
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato cubes
  • 1/4 Pieces onion cubes

Directions: Paneer Tikka Nachos Recipe

  • STEP 1.First marinate paneer with curd, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, besan, capsicum, tomato,onion for 15minutes. Now heat pan and add oil and shallow fry the paneer pieces pieces for few mins on low flame. Next fry onion, capsicum, tomatoes for few mins. Off the flame.
  • STEP 2.Now assemble nachos in a serving plate . Then put one piece of onion, paneer, capsicum then tomatoes. Drizzle some green chutney and tamarind chutney.
