STEP 1.First marinate paneer with curd, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, besan, capsicum, tomato,onion for 15minutes. Now heat pan and add oil and shallow fry the paneer pieces pieces for few mins on low flame. Next fry onion, capsicum, tomatoes for few mins. Off the flame.
STEP 2.Now assemble nachos in a serving plate . Then put one piece of onion, paneer, capsicum then tomatoes. Drizzle some green chutney and tamarind chutney.
