Ingredients for PANEER TIKKA MASALA Recipe

  • 50 Gms Cottage cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Thick curd
  • 1/2 Tbsp Besan
  • 0.13 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • A Pinch Carom seeds
  • 1/4 Pieces Green bell pepper
  • A Pinch Black pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 Tsp aram masala - a pinch
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 3/4 Pieces Grlic cloves
  • 1/4 Inch Ginger
  • 1/2 Tbsp Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 0.06 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 Tsp Sugar
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Whisk the thick curd until smooth
  • STEP 2.Add all ingredients and mix well
  • STEP 3.Add paneer,bell pepper and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Marinate it with one hour in a freeze.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • STEP 6.Place paneer / cottage cheese on the pan at a low heat.
  • STEP 7.Flip when done on one side until brown.
  • STEP 8.Again place the bell pepper on the pan.
  • STEP 9.Flip when done on one side until golden brown.
  • STEP 10.Boil onion and tomato with one cup of water,once cooled to make a paste
  • STEP 11.Heat oil in a pan and add the onion and tomato paste and saute 3 - 4 mins.now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
  • STEP 12.Add coriander powder,turmeric powder ,red chilly powder and kashmiri mirch powder and two tbsp water and mix well.
  • STEP 13.Now add curd and mix well,add one cup of water and bring to boil,once boiled add the paneer tikka,fresh cream and mix it well.
  • STEP 14.Add salt,sugar and garam masala powder and cook for fivr mins
  • STEP 15.Turn off the flame and garnish the paneer tikka masala with coriander leaves.
