STEP 6.Place paneer / cottage cheese on the pan at a low heat.
STEP 7.Flip when done on one side until brown.
STEP 8.Again place the bell pepper on the pan.
STEP 9.Flip when done on one side until golden brown.
STEP 10.Boil onion and tomato with one cup of water,once cooled to make a paste
STEP 11.Heat oil in a pan and add the onion and tomato paste and saute 3 - 4 mins.now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
STEP 12.Add coriander powder,turmeric powder ,red chilly powder and kashmiri mirch powder and two tbsp water and mix well.
STEP 13.Now add curd and mix well,add one cup of water and bring to boil,once boiled add the paneer tikka,fresh cream and mix it well.
STEP 14.Add salt,sugar and garam masala powder and cook for fivr mins
STEP 15.Turn off the flame and garnish the paneer tikka masala with coriander leaves.
