Ingredients for PANEER TIKKA MASALA Recipe

  • 100 grams of cottage cheese
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 0.13 Tsp Of red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp of black pepper
  • 0.13 Tsp Of garam masala
  • A Pinch turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger green chilli paste
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • 1 Tbsp Spoon curd
  • 1/2 Tbsp Spoon butter

Directions: Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the paneer in cube shape. Also use a fork to make small holes in the cube. (This will help the paneer soak the marinated spices easily.)
  • STEP 2.Add all the spices in curd and butter , mix it well and prepare a thick gravy.
  • STEP 3.Add paneer cubes in the gravy. Allow the paneer to soak the gravy for approx 15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Cut tomatoes in small pieces, then heat little butter on a fry pan. Fry the marinated paneer with tomatoes until it turns a little brown.
  • STEP 5.Paneer tikka masala is ready! Serve with green chilli sauce.
