  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.17 tsp coriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp cumin powder
  • 0.17 tsp garam masala
  • 0.17 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 0.17 tsp chat masala
  • 0.33 tsp ginger - garlic paste
  • 0.13 tsp ajwain seeds
  • 0.67 tsp besan flour
  • 0.33 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 0.17 Pieces Onion
  • 0.17 Pieces capscium
  • 1.67 Pieces Paneer
  • 0.17 Pieces Tomato diced

Directions: Paneer Tikka Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, take ½ cup thick curd
  • STEP 2.further add in all the spices along with salt.
  • STEP 3.mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.
  • STEP 4.now add ½ onion petals, ½ cubed capsicum (red & green) and 1/2 tomato . 5 cubes paneer.
  • STEP 5.also add 1 tsp of oil.
  • STEP 6.mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.
  • STEP 7.furthermore, to marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 8.after marination, insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onions into wooden skewers.
  • STEP 9.further, roast it on a hot tawa or grill in oven or tandoor.
  • STEP 10.finally, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve paneer tikka immediately.
