  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 4.Add paneer cubes and cook for a few minutes, stirring gently to coat the paneer with the gravy.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or roti.
