  • 1 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon Kasuri Methi
  • as needed Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and tomato puree. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add paneer cubes, mixed vegetables, and water. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • STEP 6.Add fresh cream and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
