Something different from normal paneer rice it is a keto food which is a very healthy snack alternative. Paneer steak is prepared by marinating paneer in spices and yogurt. And broccoli rice is prepared from chopped veggies cooked in olive oil.

Ingredients for Paneer Steak With Broccoli Rice Recipe

  • As required For Marinate
  • 100 gram paneer
  • 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry kasoori methi
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • As required For Broccoli Rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup grated broccoli
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions: Paneer Steak With Broccoli Rice Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take yogurt,ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, dry kasoori methi and lemon juice.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients and coat paneer with this mixture.

  • STEP 1.Refrigerate it for 5-7 minutes to marinate.

  • STEP 1.In a pan hat some olive oil and add chopped onions, bell peppers, broccoli, salt,pepper and lemon juice.

  • STEP 1.Cover it and let it cook in steam.

  • STEP 1.Take some butter in a pan and add marinated paneer to it. Cook it from both the sides.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Take your broccoli rice out on a plate and place your paneer on top of it.
