- 100 gram paneer
- 1 tablespoon Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1.50 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry kasoori methi
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- As required For Broccoli Rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup grated broccoli
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

How to Make Paneer Steak With Broccoli Rice Recipe
In a bowl take yogurt,ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, dry kasoori methi and lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients and coat paneer with this mixture.
Refrigerate it for 5-7 minutes to marinate.
In a pan hat some olive oil and add chopped onions, bell peppers, broccoli, salt,pepper and lemon juice.
Cover it and let it cook in steam.
Take some butter in a pan and add marinated paneer to it. Cook it from both the sides.
Take your broccoli rice out on a plate and place your paneer on top of it.
