  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and chopped onions.
  • STEP 2.Saut茅 until the onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add the spices and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add soya granules and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Cook for another 5 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.
