  • 25 gram Paneer, Mashed
  • 0.13 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add mashed paneer, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
  • STEP 6.Take a samosa sheet and fold it into a cone shape. Fill the cone with the paneer filling and seal the edges with a flour-water paste.
  • STEP 7.Deep fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

Storage and Serving

  • You can make the samosas in advance and freeze them. Just fry them when needed.
  • You can add other vegetables like peas or carrots to the filling for more variety.
  • You can also bake the samosas instead of deep-frying them for a healthier option.
