Paneer Parcha, a dish close to paneer pasanda though quite different. This restaurant-style paneer recipe is a perfect one to dish out to serve with Rotis, parathas, naans, steamed rice, pulao, Dhaba style tandoori Rotis, or any side dish. A mild-flavored rich / shahi barista-cashew-yogurt based gravy along with a slice of paneer which has been sandwiched with veggies and grilled.

  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • NaN As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Cream
  • As required For Parcha
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 Green Chili chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Cashewnuts chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Raisins chopped
  • 1 small Carrot chopped
  • 4 French Beans chopped
  • 20 gram Paneer crumbled
  • 3 tablespoon Corn
  • 3 tablespoon Peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
  • 3 tablespoon Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Anardana
  • As required Paneer Slices
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

  • STEP 1.Prep for gravy mix the barista-yogurt into a paste and keep aside. Similarly, chop & mix three tomatoes and keep aside.

  • STEP 2.Add cashews, red chili, and a pair of cups of water to a pan. Boil & simmer for 8-10 minutes. Let cool, take away red chili stems, and mix to a swish paste.
