  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, finely chopped cabbage, chopped green chilies, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Knead the mixture well to form a soft dough. If needed, add a little water to bind the dough.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place the rolled paratha on it.
