Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add chopped mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  • STEP 3.Add paneer cubes and cook until they turn golden brown. Add cashews and cook for another minute.
