Ingredients for Paneer masala without onion and garlic Recipe

  • 75 gm Paneer cut into cubes
  • 1 Pieces Medium size tomatoes
  • 1/4 g Ginger
  • 2.50 Pieces Small pieces of cashew nuts
  • 1/2 tbsp Musk melons seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp Kasturi methi
  • 1/4 tsp kitchen king meat Masala powder
  • 1/4 g Homemade Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 3/4 g Slit green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 g For Tempering
  • 1/4 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Pieces Whole dry red chilies
  • 1/2 Pieces Bayleaves
  • 1.50 Pieces Black pepper corn
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/4 Pieces Stick cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp For garnishing Some fresh coriander leaves

Directions: Paneer Masala Without Onion And Garlic Recipe

  • STEP 1.In the blender jar put roughly chopped tomatoes , ginger and make tomato puree and keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.Soak cashews and magaj in water for 30 minutes,
  • STEP 3.Make a paste by adding a little water to the soaked cashews and magaj seeds.
  • STEP 4.Now put a little cooking oil and two
  • STEP 5.spoons of butter in the pan and heat it.
  • STEP 6.Now we will temper it with cinnamon stick cumin, black pepper , whole dry red chilies and cumin seeds.
  • STEP 7.when everything starts to crackle.
  • STEP 8.Now put tomato puree in it,
  • STEP 9.When the tomatoes are cooked well, that means the rawness of it ends.
  • STEP 10.Now add garam masala powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder ,curd and cashew paste, mix it properly.
  • STEP 11.Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.
  • STEP 12.After adding curd to the gravy, make it on medium flame only.
  • STEP 13.Now add paneer,kasturi methi  ,slit green chillies and 1cup of water in the gravy , stir and mix it properly .
  • STEP 14.You can add more or less water in the gravy as per your requirement.
  • STEP 15.Another cook it 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame
  • STEP 16.Now lastly  add in Kitchen King Meat Masala Powder and Coriander and mix everything well .
  • STEP 17.After turning off the gas, cover the gravy and keep it for 2 minutes so that the flavor of spices mixes well.
  • STEP 18.Now it ready for serving.
