STEP 1.In a kneading bowl mix together wheat flour,carom seeds and salt,
STEP 2.Make a soft dough with the help of little warm water.
STEP 3.Keep aside for fifteen mins.
STEP 4.Take a bowl add grated cottage cheese / paneer,coriander leaves,green chilly and salt and mix well.
STEP 5.Roll out thin paratha.
STEP 6.Spread clarified butter on it.
STEP 7.Now dust the dry flour over it.
STEP 8.Spread cottage cheese mixture and make fleets.
STEP 9.Roll it in a circle.
STEP 10.Now dust the dry wheat flour and roll out paratha.
STEP 11.On a heated pan,make paratha applying clarified butter / ghee on both the sides.
STEP 12.Serve garma garam paneer laccha paratha.
