Ingredients for PANEER LACCHA PARATHA Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup Grated paneer
  • 1/2 Pieces Chopped green chilly
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • A Pinch Carom seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Clarified butter
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Paneer Laccha Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a kneading bowl mix together wheat flour,carom seeds and salt,
  • STEP 2.Make a soft dough with the help of little warm water.
  • STEP 3.Keep aside for fifteen mins.
  • STEP 4.Take a bowl add grated cottage cheese / paneer,coriander leaves,green chilly and salt and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Roll out thin paratha.
  • STEP 6.Spread clarified butter on it.
  • STEP 7.Now dust the dry flour over it.
  • STEP 8.Spread cottage cheese mixture and make fleets.
  • STEP 9.Roll it in a circle.
  • STEP 10.Now dust the dry wheat flour and roll out paratha.
  • STEP 11.On a heated pan,make paratha applying clarified butter / ghee on both the sides.
  • STEP 12.Serve garma garam paneer laccha paratha.
