  • 50 gram Paneer, Cubed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 0.06 cup Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cream
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 3.Add paneer cubes, salt, and water. Simmer for a few minutes until the paneer is cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Finish with a drizzle of cream and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • To make the gravy creamier, you can add cashew paste or almond paste.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • For a smoky flavor, you can roast the paneer cubes before adding them to the gravy.
