  • 1 Pieces Bittergaurd boiled
  • 200 g Gramflour
  • 200 g Refined oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 5 teaspoon Red chilly

Directions: Paneer Kofta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the boiled bitterguard and crush ot properly in a grinder
  • STEP 2.Then mix it with gram flour making adding it in salt n other spices which we desire
  • STEP 3.Fry it well
  • STEP 4.Serve with tomato sauce
