Ingredients for paneer ki sabji Recipe

  • 62.50 grams Green peas
  • 62.50 grams Paneer
  • 3/4 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • As Required Desi Ghee
  • As Required as per taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri mirch
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri mirch
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp kasuri methi
  • 0.13 tsp jeera

Directions: Paneer Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly take a Pan heat the deshi ghee and roast the paneer till light brown
  • STEP 2.Now take a kadhai heat the oil and add jeera and saute it now add ginger garlic paste and onion and cook till golden brown
  • STEP 3.Add tomato puree add all spices and mix well
  • STEP 4.Now add boiled peas and required water and cook 5to 10 minutes medium flame
  • STEP 5.Now add paneer and mix well and cook 5 minutes low flame
