Ingredients for PANEER KALIMIRCH Recipe

  • 200 Gms Paneer
  • 1 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 3 Pieces arlic cloves
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Cashew powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 Pieces Black cardamom
  • 1 Pieces reen cardamom
  • 2 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 Inch Cinnamon
  • To Taste Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 Tsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Paneer Kalimirch Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat clarified butter in a pan,add onion,ginger garlic and saute until transparent.
  • STEP 2.Once cooled to make a paste,again heat clarified butter in the same pan
  • STEP 3.Add whole garam masala to crackle now add fried masala paste.
  • STEP 4.Add coriander powder and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Soak cashew nut for 1 hour and make a paste.
  • STEP 6.Add milk and cashew nut paste and bring to boil.
  • STEP 7.Add paneer pieces,fresh cream and garam masala powder and cook for five mins.
  • STEP 8.Add salt and mix well.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilly.
